The client wanted to experience the world of PPC and SEM, so a Google ads account was set up for him from scratch as he was unsure how this would work out for him we initially launched his hot-selling items with a low budget and with tight and laser-focused targeting.

When the result came he was quite impressed with what SEM/PPC can do for his business, he quickly wanted to launch and expand the account with his new products.

For this we set up new campaigns for his less popular products and upscaled them gradually based on their performance, these campaigns were optimized regularly.

Client was satisfied with the performance of Google ads, this progress motivated him to open two more online store which are also managed by us, once we knew what worked for the business and what didn't we transferred our proven model to its other stores which resulted in tripling the revenue.

When we got the account the campaigns were drafted very poorly with no uniform structure and with inaccurate targeting through keywords on search platforms, and on shopping platforms.  

Due to this the brand was losing a significant amount of marketing budget and wasn't able to scale up the campaigns.  

After seeing this a series of meetings with clients were conducted to get a briefing and to communicate on accounts performance.  

Then restructuring of the account was done to align things and to stop the major budget leaks that were wasting clients' money by fixing irrelevant traffic which was increasing our cost.  

Fixing this improved our ROI drastically resulting in a 2x increase in our revenue. This enabled us to get more conversions with the existing defined budget as CPA was reduced to half, the client enjoyed this change and was excited to test more things and expand the account assigning more budget to try out new things which worked out great.  

After satisfactory results, the client wanted to move to a new market (new country) with this same model which was proven and was beneficial in terms of high profit with less spending.

PLE Computers came to us with a brief that they were dominating in Western Australia but now they wanted to expand by increasing their market share nationwide and wanted to cover the whole of Australia.

They were already running ads in Western Australia, we analyzed those campaigns made amendments to them, and optimized them to increase the ROAS by 3.5x before expanding to other regions.

After doing multiple tests on their best seller items, we cherry-picked the best of the best products and ran a nationwide campaign with those products. The response was astonishing, this made us penetrate new and untapped markets, slowly after creating a customer base we expanded our campaigns with more products.

The client increased the budget 5 times from where we started and in just 6 months we were able to expand in the whole of Australia while maintaining high returns on the ad spend.
